TheShootingStore.com does NOT guarantee the Dealer will accept returns. TheShootingStore.com does NOT guarantee any returns you make with the Dealer.

5. Restocking Fee / Loss of Deposit
TheShootingStore.com reserves the right to retain the 20% deposit collected at checkout as a restocking fee if you do not complete your purchase with the Dealer OR if your purchase is not eligible for a deposit refund.

6. Deposit Refund Eligibility
Defective, damaged, or misrepresented products may be eligible for a deposit refund before your purchase is completed with the Dealer. Deposit Refund Eligibility may be lost once you have completed the purchase and taken possession of the product(s). Determination of misrepresented products will be at the sole descretion of TheShootingStore.com.
